Specialized Services

Different surfaces require different systems.

Roofing and concrete coatings are not one-size-fits-all. Each service below has its own preparation, materials and installation process. We evaluate the existing condition before recommending the work.

Roof Restoration & Rejuvenation

A preservation-focused option for suitable aging roofing systems. The roof is evaluated first, necessary repairs are identified, and the restoration approach is matched to the existing roof and its condition.

LEARN ABOUT RESTORATION →

Roof Coating Systems

Protective coating systems for compatible roof assemblies, including reflective white coating applications. Preparation, detailing and the correct product for the substrate are essential to performance.

HOW ROOF COATINGS WORK →

Roof Replacement

When the existing system is beyond a practical restoration or repair, replacement provides the opportunity to inspect the deck and install a complete new roofing assembly.

ROOF REPLACEMENT PROCESS →

Garage Floor Coatings

Garage floors receive their own coating approach, beginning with mechanical surface preparation and appropriate concrete repairs before the coating system is installed.

GARAGE FLOOR SYSTEMS →

Driveway Coatings

Exterior concrete sees sunlight, temperature swings and weather exposure. Driveway systems must be selected and installed specifically for those exterior conditions.

Concrete Repair & Preparation

Grinding, removal of failing material, appropriate crack or damaged-area repair, cleaning and profiling help create the foundation for a professional coating project.

OUR PREPARATION PROCESS →
Roof Restoration & Rejuvenation

Preserve a serviceable roof before replacement becomes the only option.

Roof restoration is designed for roofing systems that still have a viable foundation but are showing age, weathering or surface deterioration. Rather than automatically tearing off the roof, we first evaluate whether the existing system is an appropriate candidate for repair and restoration.

A restoration project can include inspection of vulnerable areas, replacement or repair of damaged components where appropriate, preparation of the roof surface, and application of a compatible restoration treatment or protective system. The exact scope depends on the roof material and condition.

✓ Evaluates the existing roof first
✓ Addresses appropriate maintenance items
✓ Helps protect against continued weathering
✓ May delay premature replacement on suitable roofs

When replacement may be better: widespread structural/deck damage, extensive active failure, severe deterioration, or an incompatible existing system can make replacement the more appropriate solution.

Roof Coating Systems

Preparation and detailing matter as much as the coating itself.

Roof coatings can create a protective surface over compatible roofing systems. Depending on the roof and selected product, systems may include silicone, acrylic or another manufacturer-approved coating. White reflective coatings can also reduce solar heat absorbed at the roof surface.

01Inspect & identify the substrateDetermine roof type, existing coating, drainage, penetrations and areas requiring repair.
02Clean & prepareRemove contamination and loose or failing material as required by the selected system.
03Detail vulnerable areasAddress seams, flashings, penetrations and appropriate repair areas before field coating.
04Apply the specified systemInstall primer, base/detail materials and coating where required by the product specification.

Coatings are not a substitute for correcting structural damage or every source of leakage. The roof must be evaluated before a coating system is recommended.

Roof Replacement

A complete roofing system, not just a new layer of shingles.

When replacement is the appropriate path, the project begins with understanding what is beneath the visible roofing. Removal of the existing system allows the roof deck and critical details to be evaluated before the new assembly is installed.

01Inspection & written scopeMeasure the roof, review existing conditions and define material and repair allowances.
02Tear-off & deck evaluationRemove the existing roof as specified and identify damaged decking requiring replacement.
03Underlayment, flashing & detailsInstall the components required for the selected roofing system and project conditions.
04Roof installation & cleanupInstall the new roofing, complete details, clean the property and review the finished work.

Concrete Coating Systems

Garage floors and driveways are treated as two different environments.

We keep these services separate because interior garage concrete and exterior driveway concrete face different exposure. Product selection, preparation and topcoat requirements should match where the system is being installed.

Garage Floor Coatings

A professional garage floor starts with the concrete, not the color. The slab is evaluated and mechanically prepared to create the surface profile required by the coating system. Appropriate cracks or defects are addressed before the base coat and finish system are installed.

Depending on the selected system, the finish can provide a clean, seamless-looking surface that is easier to maintain and better suited to normal garage use than bare concrete.

Driveway & Exterior Concrete Coatings

Driveways live outdoors. They are exposed to intense sunlight, heat, weather and vehicle traffic, so an exterior project needs a coating system selected for exterior use. We evaluate the slab, existing coatings and condition before recommending the system.

Preparation can include mechanical grinding, removal of incompatible material, concrete repair and cleaning before an exterior-rated coating and protective finish are installed.

01

Evaluate

Inspect concrete condition, previous coatings, contamination and visible defects.

02

Mechanically Prepare

Grind/profile the concrete as appropriate for the coating system and substrate.

03

Repair

Address suitable cracks, spalls or damaged areas included in the written scope.

04

Install System

Apply the selected coating layers and allow the required cure/recoat times.

Why preparation matters

Paint or coating applied over weak, contaminated or poorly prepared concrete can fail regardless of how expensive the product is. Surface preparation helps establish a sound, properly profiled substrate for the selected system.

Why product selection matters

Not every “epoxy” product is appropriate for every location. Garages, driveways and exterior slabs can require different resin chemistry and topcoat characteristics, particularly where UV exposure is involved.
